Welcome to The Swanky House by Vegas-bnb, an exquisite residence offering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. With approximately 5,000 sqft of indoor space, 2,000 sqft of outdoor space, and an 800 sqft garage, you’ll enjoy a total of 7,800 sqft to relax and entertain. Nestled on a half-acre property, our goal is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Inside, the spacious living room features three plush sofas, two 65-inch TVs, a pool table, and a stunning quartz island with seating for eight. There’s also a formal dining table for seven, plus an additional dining/workspace table for up to twelve guests. The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with dinnerware for twenty-four, along with all the cookware and bakeware needed for gourmet meals.

The Swanky House offers eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four bedrooms include walk-in closets for ample storage. Every bed features a high-quality Beauty Sleep or memory foam mattress with luxury linens for a restful night’s sleep. Two tankless water heaters ensure endless hot water for back-to-back showers.

• Noise monitoring device in backyard detects decibel levels only

House Rules

1. Vehicles: Max 6 vehicles, driveway parking only (no street parking in front of property or neighbors’ homes)

2. Pool & Spa Heating: $100/day plus one extra day for pre-heating before arrival. Spa has no bubbles/jets.

3. Additional Guests: Any guests not disclosed at booking will incur a $85/day fee per person, plus a $100/day fine per person.

4. Quiet Hours: 10 PM–10 AM daily; strictly enforced by the Neighborhood Association.

5. Maintenance Access: Landscapers every other Tuesday; pool service Mon/Thu/Fri to ensure cleanliness.

6. Supplies: Starter set of essentials provided; guests responsible for replenishing during stay.
