Palm Tree Retreat receives professional monthly pest control treatments for both the interior and exterior of the property.

Because Las Vegas is located in the Mojave Desert, you may occasionally encounter insects or desert wildlife such as mosquitoes, spiders, ants, or scorpions despite routine preventative treatments.

While we take every reasonable precaution, occasional sightings are a normal part of the desert environment.

❄️ Air Conditioning

To keep our HVAC system operating properly, please do not set the thermostat below 68°F (20°C).

Lower temperatures can cause the system to freeze, resulting in service interruptions and costly repairs. If damage occurs due to misuse of the HVAC system, guests may be responsible for repair costs.

💦 Pool & Spa Maintenance

To ensure the pool and spa remain sparkling clean and ready for your enjoyment, professional maintenance is performed every Monday and Thursday.

During these scheduled service visits, our pool technician may briefly access the backyard to clean, inspect, and balance the water. Service is typically completed quickly and with minimal disruption to your stay.

We appreciate your understanding, as this routine maintenance helps keep the pool and spa clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy throughout your stay. 🌴

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Whenever possible, we’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests for an additional fee. Please contact us before your arrival so we can check availability.

🚫 Packages & Deliveries

Please do not send mail or packages to the property without contacting us first. This includes groceries, decorations, chef deliveries, and other shipments. We’ll provide the correct delivery instructions to ensure your items arrive safely.

🎉 Events & Gatherings

Palm Tree Retreat is designed for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, and group getaways.

Unauthorized parties, weddings. or events are strictly prohibited. If you’re interested in hosting an event or gathering, prior written approval is required before booking. Approved events are subject to additional event fees starting at $5000, and $1,500 in cleaning fees, occupancy limits, and separate event terms.

Any unauthorized event or party may result in immediate termination of your reservation, additional charges, and removal from the property without a refund.
